FLOW & CHILL
Provided upon request, Flow & Chill is the perfectly balanced combination of our Vinyasa & Gentle yoga. The first half is spent building internal energy that will fuel you through a moderately physically demanding sequence. The latter half is spent gradually allowing said energy to dissipate, eventually working the mind and body in to a state of complete tranquility.
The best option to find yourself in the deepest state of peace & relaxation. This class is slow paced and the least physically demanding type of yoga we offer. Come indulge in an hour of mindful movement and breathing techniques that provide a most serene, restful state. Spend this time embracing a calm mind & body, counteracting all of the time spent throughout the week in a high paced, high stress environment.
For all of you expecting mamas out there. An hour long sequence combining strengthening & relaxing poses. Come move, breathe, meditate & connect with your baby. Women in all stages of pregnancy are welcome, no experience is required.
PRIVATE INDIVIDUAL OR GROUP SESSIONS
A fantastic option if you prefer to practice yoga in the comfort of your own home. Private, individual sessions are tailored to your specific needs. SACRED SUNDAY FLOW
Our only 1.5 hour class combines energetic Vinyasa, soothing Gentle yoga, guided meditation and an abundance of hands on assists. Come find peace and maximal relation on the last day of the week. Spend this time in a serene, candlelit setting focusing on your own physical, mental & spiritual well-being. This is the perfect way to end your weekend and gear up for the week to come.
Build energy and find your inner power through the intimate connection of breath & movement. This all levels* flow offers the opportunity to utilize major & stabilizing muscle groups to work up a mild sweat and release those feel good endorphins. You’ll leave this class feeling both mentally and physically strong and ready to take on anything that comes your way.
*All levels means ALL LEVELS!☺ Modifications are provided. This is your practice, do what you can and know that childs pose is always there for you when a break is needed. We all have to start somewhere.
